Working inside a brand shows you one client. The workspace view shows you all of them at once, which is the view you want when you’re running several and the question is which one needs me today. Open it from the brand switcher at the top of the sidebar: Workspace overview. It’s available to workspace admins.
This is a different thing from Settings → Workspace, which is the configuration — name, timezone, invite link, domains. The workspace view is the working screen. See workspace settings for the other one.

Dashboard — a card per brand

The landing screen is one card per brand in the workspace, each carrying: The activity label is a plain count of the last seven days: four or more published reads as Growth Operator, two or three as Audience Architect, one as Brand Builder, and none at all as Needs activity, which is the only one flagged as a warning.
Scan for two things and you’ve done the daily check: any brand showing failed posts, and any brand on Needs activity. Both mean a client is getting nothing this week, and both are invisible from inside a single brand.
Each card also says whether you have access to that brand. If you don’t, you can join it from here — which switches you into it as well, so the next thing you do happens in the right place.

Removing a brand

A brand can be deleted from this screen, with two deliberate guards: you can’t delete the brand you’re currently working in — switch away first — and you can’t delete the only brand in the workspace. You also have to type the brand’s name to confirm.
Deleting a brand takes its posts, its analytics and its library with it, and there’s no undo. If a client has simply ended, leaving the brand in place costs nothing and keeps the history for a case study.

Calendar — every brand’s schedule together

The workspace calendar shows what’s queued across all brands in one month view, with each brand colour-coded, and a picker to narrow to one when you want a single client’s view. This is the screen that catches the two scheduling problems a per-brand calendar can’t: three clients publishing into the same hour, and a client with nothing queued at all. See the calendar for how slots and scheduling work.

Analytics — all brands, or one

Same idea: the whole workspace by default, one brand when you pick it, over whatever date range you choose. Export CSV takes whatever is on screen — the workspace as a whole, or the single brand you’ve selected — so a client report and an agency-wide roll-up come from the same screen rather than from stitching exports together. See analytics.

Library — the material everyone shares

The workspace library holds reference material at workspace level: folders, uploaded documents, and pages imported from URLs. The distinction worth keeping is simple:
A client’s confidential material belongs in that brand’s library, not here. Workspace material is reachable by anyone in the workspace.
See the library.

Team and Billing

The last two entries in the workspace view are shortcuts rather than screens of their own: Team opens people, roles and brand access, and Billing opens plan and usage.
